LEONARDO DiCaprio and his supermodel squeeze, Gisele Bundchen, didn't leave much to the imagination at the sizzling new club Saci Thursday. Lusty Leo smooched Gisele on the dance floor in full view of the glitteratti crowd that included Sean "Puffy" Combs, Carmen Electra and hat designer pal Ivy Supersonic, Jayson Williams, Tommy Hilfiger, Duncan Sheik and magician David Blaine. "Leo really likes Giselle," says a pal. "He normally isn't into doing that kind of thing in front of everybody." Maybe it's her patience. Giselle didn't seem to mind when DiCaprio hit the dance floor with his old pal Electra, who was still revved-up from her sexy striptease earlier that night at Veruka's second-anniversary bash. Leo was far icier to ex-posse member Blaine. The formerly inseparable duo had a falling out after Blaine distanced himself from Leo's gang in the press, prompting Leo to skip Blaine's birthday bash at Joe's Pub last year. The pair ignored each other all night despite sitting three feet from each other in the VIP room. Other highlights included Hilfiger chatting up model Maggie Rizer for the second Thursday in a row. Also in attendance at the event - an after-party for the NBA Celebrity Fashion Show at the NBA Store on Fifth Avenue - were Nets star Stephon Marbury and model Rhea Durham.

She wasn't always a bombshell. "At school they teased me because I was so
thin," model Gisele Bundchen tells Paris Match. "I was called Olive, after
Popeye's wife, or even 'the skeleton' ... I looked like a little mosquito. My legs
were the same size as my arms ... And I was never allowed into the circle of
girls who tarted themselves up to go dancing and pull the lads."

HE was buff in "The Beach," but Leonardo DiCaprio has been eating so much lately that some models at the hot new Spa club on Tuesday night got into a heated discussion about whether the grungy, round-faced young man in the baseball cap was really the actor. "It's him," said Frankie Rayder, who is wearing a teenie-weenie bikini on the cover of this month's Harper's Bazaar. "That can't be him, his face is too big," said her equally long-limbed friend. No matter, DiCaprio's favorite model, Gisele Bundchen, had no doubt he was her man.

Ford models has a new face - Israeli-born stunner Shiraz. The dark-haired
beauty, who stars in the new Ferragamo fragrance campaign and graces
the cover of British Vogue this month, is a woman of many talents. She
recently broke her hand while training for a red belt in karate, and she's
part owner of the Grove Street hotspot Halo.

Next week's New York magazine reports that Brazilian bombshell
Gisele Bundchen has moved on to Leonardo DiCaprio from actor
Josh Hartnett, whom she met on a Vogue shoot. But Anne Nelson,
her booker at IMG, says Gisele is just hanging out with that crowd
because she's spending more time on the West Coast. "There's been
so many shoots happening there since Steven Meisel moved to L.A.,"
Nelson says. "She's very good friends with all these guys. They're having
fun, but I don't think anything serious is going on."

MODEL-of-the-moment Gisele Bundchen recently did a provocative shoot with David LaChappelle for George magazine's June issue. But while he had her, the lurid lensman also shot an ad for British magazine The Face's 20th anniversary issue, wherein Gisele wears little more than a few pieces of duct tape. "We didn't know it was going to be that radical," says Anne Nelson, Gisele's agent at IMG. "It's crazy. But it's LaChappelle, and we love The Face." Meanwhile, Nelson says Gisele didn't turn down a role in "Charlie's Angels," as was reported. "She would never do that," she insists. "She auditioned, but they wanted someone darker and more ethnic" (the role went to Lucy Liu). Of Gisele's relationship with actor Josh Hartnett, "They're just having fun," Nelson says. "I don't think anything serious is going on."

hsb: It's a bit trashy looking, yes. But I don't think that's bad. Afterall, do all pop-cult/Fashion magazine have to marketed towards the ultra-progressive hetro-sexual man who cries at a Tori Amos concert or protests at WTO conventions? And isn't this photo more fun and exciting than, let's say one of those dull over-artistic Playboy editorials Fashion models always do? (if you disagree, then you disagree..)

The most incredible thing I think is - This is one of the most exciting photos I've seen this year and the model is still covered up. Think about that for a sec (compare it too some model editorials you've seen this year).

But I wonder if what this ad was saying [teasing] "the unwrapping" of Gisele, er.. their 20th anniversary issue. I wonder if Gisele would? I doubt it.

I think it'll be just a total tease. (JPP, I bet you are so right in your guess of LaChapelle! Looks like his work) If it is a tease, it'll be a bad move for Face. If one doesn't deliver.. don't expect people to care about you later I find.
But still.. like a girl I know commented to me after seeing it: "That Gisele Face's cover looks so cool. I definetly need to get it as soon as possible"

Doesn't it look like Gisele is wrapped up to you? Gisele the model is a tease (like this article mentions and pretty much explains her marketing appeal, I thought) and what was wrapped up? Her "teasing areas, if you will. Gisele has done more with this whole Teasing Factor then I've ever seen any other model do and get away with! It's like watching one of those old 40's Hollywood actresses. No commercialism nudity, just charisma an actress, or model, had. Will Face deliever? Who knows? Will I buy this issue? Yup, unless I hear it progressively sucks! ;-)
